Shawn had been servicing pool tables since 1984, so by 1998, he had more than enough skills and abilities to make a go of it on his own.

His wife Cindy had been in the restaurant management business for 10 years and welcomed the opportunity to partner up with Shawn. Her business operational skills paired nicely with Shawn’s expert hands-on abilities in forming Ace Billiard Services.

By 2002, business was booming here in Calgary and in July 2002 they gave birth to their son Jack. Cindy quickly left the restaurant business shortly after to work full time raising their son and booking service calls from their home.

Shawn continues to be the #1 service man sought after by reputable billiard companies and folks with needs for their own home tables.
